Delete My Data

Option 1 — ask us here

Fill in the form below with the email address you used with us. It goes straight to your coach, and no one else sees it.

Option 2 — email us

Send an email to jaxthompson1997@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”, from the address you signed up with. That is all we need — you do not have to give a reason.

What gets deleted

Once we act on your request we permanently remove:

• Your account and login.
• Your check-ins, weights, measurements, workouts, nutrition logs and progress photos.
• Any intake answers, goals, blood test values and coach notes about you.
• Your community posts and comments.
• Your contact details in our email lists, and any lead record from an ad or enquiry form.
• Data we received from any wearable or nutrition app you connected.

What we have to keep

Invoices and payment records, because tax law requires us to hold them for six years. They contain your name and what you paid, nothing about your training or health.

A minimal note that a deletion request was made and completed, so we can prove we honoured it.

We also keep your email address on a suppression list, purely so our marketing system knows never to contact you again.

How long it takes

We confirm your request within a few days and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest, usually much sooner. Backups roll off within 30 days after that.

Deletion is permanent. If you are still coaching with us it also ends the coaching, because we cannot run it without your data — if you only want to stop the emails, say so instead and we will just unsubscribe you.
